We establish a written list of goals and objectives. Throughout the process, we'll evaluate everything we do to be sure that we are right on target.

We do our best to make sure there are no surprises. That means we provide written mail, project estimates that indicate exactly what's included...and what's not included. We require written mail authorization before we begin work and artwork / design approval before anything goes to final production.
